New York City maternity story-the view from their apartment was the iconic Empire State Building.
THEIR STORY
Just look at their hands…yes, three! They were expecting baby number THREE! I had the privilege of photographing their first two maternities’ stories in two different cities, Puerto Rico & Miami, but I was thrilled to photograph their third maternity story for baby number three, a precious baby girl, in the Big Apple.
I got to see their babies again 🙂 If I have the privilege of taking your baby’s first photographs, then your baby is forever mine too. I can’t help it. So you can imagine my joy when I saw big brother, now six years old, being the most caring and tender hearted big brother possible. He has grown so much and he takes his big brother duties very highly.
And then, the tiny newborn I photographed last is a curious, and so handsome toddler now and ready to become a big brother too.
Two days were not enough to explore so many favorite places but we tried to pack as many sites as possible. I think the only reason we were able to do so many photographs in such short time was because the boys are the most well behaved and easy kiddos ever.
CENTRAL PARK
New York City in Autumn is a spectacle and a great backdrop for family photographs. We brave the cold weather and took candid family portraits.
WILLIAMSBURG PIER & DOMINO PARK
The contrasts of city landscapes and architectural structures demanded a stop for modern mom portraits. I wanted to capture her fabulous sense of fashion as well, we, after all, were at one of the most fashionable cities in the world.
BROOKLYN BRIDGE
We relaxed and roam free for some playful and genuine family moments at the park. These are my favorite moments when a family connect and express their love but also burst in laughter and silliness. REAL is always welcome.
Time Square
Did I mention she is a fashionista? Of course we needed to stop traffic in Times Square and take magazine style shots of her baby bump.
VANDERBILT SUMMIT ONE
A Maternity session on top of the world! The best way to end their luxurious maternity session experience in NYC was at the spectacular attraction VANDERBILT SUMMIT ONE.
Handsome boys dressed up for the occasion. Mom wore a stunning pink glitter and tulle gown. (She was complimented so many times). City lights and festive chambers were the best way to celebrate their joy and anticipation in welcoming baby girl L soon.
