What defines you as you? What is your passion? Wouldn’t be amazing to document your Senior session in a very relaxed yet stylish way?

Music is a God-given talent, a tried and true skill, and a passionate lifestyle for J. Music defines who he is and what he’ll continue to pursue as a career.  It was evident that doing a relax-sort-of lifestyle Senior session was the way to go for him. So to be photographed he just needed to be himself doing what he loves to do for the whole session, or like the quote suggests simply been himself. It was music to my ears…literally 😉

He started playing instruments when he was little, so mom proudly brought all of his different violins and violas he’d been using since day one of his musical journeys. They were not only important to photograph him with his instruments but they also added an interesting element to photograph through.

The natural light coming from the windows was a dream and we literally play with it in reflections and silhouetting him.

Transitions: these were all of his violins and violas growing up. Something I didn’t know…there is a difference between a violin and a viola but we all call them violins. So we joked around to make sure we understand. It’s not a violin. It is a VIOLA!

Sorry J, I’m still confused. What’s the difference again? lol. Just remember me when you become a world renown musician.
