I simply adore at home newborn sessions! It’s always so beautiful to document families’ firsts memories having a brand new baby at home. Everything detail is so special, from documenting every item you have carefully selected to decorate your baby’s room, to the long hours spent in your rocking chair nursing, to capturing how adorably tiny she was in her crib when she first came home. Time stopped still and you want to make sure you don’t miss a thing. Those days are magical, and so should be the memories every time you come back to these images of enjoying her firsts moments at home. Welcome home baby girl Dharma
Welcome home baby girl Dharma
This couple received their second-first little one. They already have a wonderful furry boy they adore at home and were so excited to photograph with their new little princess. This handsome schnauzer is so loving and protective of his baby girl. He was keeping me company especially when I was working with baby D for her “mini-studio” photographs.
That’s another reason why I like at home sessions. I always bring a portable mini-set and accessories like baby bonnets, outfits, and wraps so I can also offer my little clients studio-like images in cute little baskets and backdrops that perfectly matches your already beautiful nursery decoration.
Here are some of my favorites from this adorable at home session.
“Little hands and little tiny feet make our lives so very sweet!”
Oh, this dog is so loving and special. He’s much in love with her little sister.
Baby D gave us one little smile.
Loving some purples, grays, and organic materials for the basket against worn out wood for the “at-home” mini set.
