Two Little Princesses

Play pretend and dress up are one of the things most little girls love to play the most, especially if she has a dear sister to share the fun with. This vintage styled session was inspired by the love and strong bonding these sisters share. These girls are so adorable together, yet each girl is as unique as their hairs are different!

The set: Yes, I thought the idea of bringing a daybed and antique dresser to the outdoors! Crazy? Well…maybe! I always imagine how fantastic, amazing and gorgeous it will be to have a magical place to play princesses outdoors. Just imagine how wonderful would it be to play here! For these little girls, it became a most treasured childhood experience captured forever in photographs. I also imagine them looking back at their own storybook and remembering that magical, dreamy day. Perfect childhood memories are made like this!

Inspired by classic story “A Little Princess” by Frances Hodgson Burnett, the vintage set was inviting and so dainty and girly. What girls (and mom) wouldn’t want to spend hours playing princess here. And, so these little princesses did.

God gave us a beautiful Spring day with a perfect pink flowered carpet on the grass that matched the set. The carpet was just for the set that day. Next day it was gone!

Girls are giggles that twirl!

You’ll be amazed to see your child’s imagination soar when you allowed them to naturally explore. ALL of the sets I create are design with that in mind. I LOVE to see children’s imagination take flight into the wonderful world of play pretend. It’s simply magical!

Tea time! Is the perfect way to end the day after all the princess dress up play.
