Bringing home baby!

Stepping into this dream room was so exciting! Everywhere you look was a perfect spot for an amazing backdrop. I’m very easily inspired, but this nursery was after my own heart. The best part, mom was the incredible decorator! I LOVE my mommies. They are crafty and with such great taste! The soft baby pinks with the shabby whites and florals were an absolutely exquisite contrast against the browns. It was the perfect Vintage Chic bedroom for a lovely lifestyle session filled with oh so tender moments and heroic deeds.

Being a Big Brother is the most heroic mission a three year old can have. His room is also properly inspired in super heroes and he was given a “I am a Big Brother” so it was just natural to ask him to wear his super hero cape and play with the idea of him being the best super hero there is…A Big Brother! He loved the fun, and this little hero took his new responsibilities very seriously. What are his responsibilities? Looking after her, cuddling and kissing his baby sister of course! and giving me a great opportunity to create beautiful memories of who he was when his brand new baby sister was born.

Best part of being a storytelling photographer: each family has their own story to tell. You just have to take your time to see the script even before you take your first shot. The story will unfold right before your eyes, and the happy ending is more of a happy beginning! This little big brother hero ended the session with a perfect drawing of their new beginning.
